Dedication to The Triad of You!

When you adopt a positive attitude toward challenges you become dedicated to self improvement and well-being. Dedication encompasses commitment, follow through, perseverance and oftentimes some good old fashioned elbow grease. There are so many layers to dedication, but let’s focus on self improvement and well-being of body, mind and spirit. The triad of you.

The journey of dedicated self awareness and improvement is never ending. How is your health, mental attitude and spiritual path? Are you dedicated to improving them, and not to someone else’s version of you, but your own?

[Tweet “Success is about dedication. You may not be where you want to be or do what you want to do when you’re on the journey. But you’ve got to be willing to have vision and foresight that leads you to an incredible end. -Usher “]

I see dedication in people and the experiences they go through that inspires me. Love is the motivating factor to anything that takes time and effort, either to accomplish or to move through. For example, I am dedicated to publishing my book in 2015. If I didn’t love what I was doing, I would not do it. All my life I was dedicated to writing, but hid it thinking it was not good enough, yet all the while I could not stop writing. Dedicated but not trusting in myself enough. Once I connected with that trust, I was unstoppable. I wrote my little heart out here on my blog, all over the internet in social media, online magazines, in other authors books, and soon the book I have written will be published. I feel this dedicated responsibility to my soul which affects my body, mind and spirit in a positive way.

We all have people in our lives who inspire us simply because of their dedication to one thing or another. Their perseverance, practice, passion and patience are proof that dedication pays off. This pay off requires the support of others along the way. We have helpers from childhood onward dedicated to our self improvement and well-being. A positive outlook makes all the difference to the outcome we are hoping to achieve. Dedication starts with believing in what you are doing, feeling the passion in your heart and soul, taking action toward the commitment you’ve made, believe in and will achieve. A true dedication to the triad of you.
