While setting boundaries is essential for mental health and personal growth, the sentiment can sometimes contribute to feelings of angst and separation, especially when it creates distance between family and friends. In a world where division and isolation can feel overwhelming, how can we reinterpret this idea to foster connection, harmony, and a shared rhythm in the sea of life?
My husband Cody once said, “Life can be a crap-shoot, bring plenty of toilet paper.” This statement makes me laugh. It’s so true, there are times we get blindsided by events in our lives. There are times in life when we may run out of toilet paper, (so to speak) and have to come up with a strategy on the go!
